A delicious and healthy fruit and yogurt parfait that’s perfect for breakfast or a snack.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt (or preferred yogurt)
- 1/2 Banana (sliced longways)
- 1 Blood Orange (peeled and sliced)
- 1 Kiwi Fruit (peeled and sliced)
- 2 tablespoons Pomegranate Seeds
- 1 teaspoon Maple Syrup
- 1/4 cup Granola
- 2 tablespoons Walnuts (chopped)
- 1 teaspoon Pistachio (ground)
Instructions
- Scoop YOGURT into a serving bowl.
- Add fruit: BANANA, ORANGE, KIWI, POMEGRANATE.
- Drizzle MAPLE SYRUP.
- Sprinkle on dry toppings: GRANOLA, WALNUTS, and PISTACHIO.
- Serve immediately.
- To make ahead, refrigerate yogurt and fruit in an airtight container. Store toppings separately and add just before serving.
Notes
- Switch out fruits for seasonal options.
- Add honey instead of maple syrup for a different sweetness.
