Description

A delicious and healthy fruit and yogurt parfait that’s perfect for breakfast or a snack.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt (or preferred yogurt)
  • 1/2 Banana (sliced longways)
  • 1 Blood Orange (peeled and sliced)
  • 1 Kiwi Fruit (peeled and sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons Pomegranate Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 cup Granola
  • 2 tablespoons Walnuts (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon Pistachio (ground)

Instructions

  1. Scoop YOGURT into a serving bowl.
  2. Add fruit: BANANA, ORANGE, KIWI, POMEGRANATE.
  3. Drizzle MAPLE SYRUP.
  4. Sprinkle on dry toppings: GRANOLA, WALNUTS, and PISTACHIO.
  5. Serve immediately.
  6. To make ahead, refrigerate yogurt and fruit in an airtight container. Store toppings separately and add just before serving.

  • Switch out fruits for seasonal options.
  • Add honey instead of maple syrup for a different sweetness.
