Ingredients

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 4 pita breads
  • 1 cup sliced cucumbers
  • 1 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup tahini sauce

Instructions

  1. Mix garlic, spices, olive oil, and lemon juice in a bowl.
  2. Coat chicken thighs with the spice mixture.
  3. Place chicken in the slow cooker.
  4. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Shred the chicken with two forks.
