- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 and 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla (optional)
- Butter or oil for the pan
Instructions
- Mash the bananas in a big bowl until mostly smooth.
- Mix in the eggs, milk, and vanilla.
- Stir in the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt until just combined.
- Let the batter sit for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Heat a skillet on medium and add butter or oil. Scoop batter (about 1/4 cup each) and cook until bubbles appear, about 2 to 3 minutes. Flip and cook another 1 to 2 minutes.

- For added flavor, you can include spices like cinnamon or nutmeg.
