Delicious crawfish stuffed bread perfect for gatherings.
Ingredients

- 1 lb crawfish tails (cooked and peeled)
- 1 cup cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup green onions (chopped)
- 1 tbsp garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp cajun seasoning
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 loaf French bread (or Italian bread)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the crawfish tails, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic, cajun seasoning, and lemon juice. Mix until well combined.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the French bread in half lengthwise. Scoop out some of the bread from the center to create space for the filling.
- Spread the crawfish filling evenly over the cut sides of the bread.
- Place the filled bread halves on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the bread is golden and the filling is heated through.
- Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, then slice and serve warm.
Notes
- For a spicier version, increase the cajun seasoning.
- Serve with a salad for a complete meal.
