Description

A refreshing chilled yogurt drink perfect for hot days.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 and ½ cups chilled plain yogurt
  • ¼ cup chilled water (or chilled milk)
  • ¼ cup granulated white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cardamom powder (or ½ tsp rose water or ½ tsp kewra water)
  • ice cubes to taste
  • slivered almonds for garnish
  • pistachios for garnish
  • dried rose petals for garnish

Instructions

  1. Add yogurt, water, sugar, cardamom powder, and ice cubes to a blender.
  2. Blend for 30-40 seconds or until frothy.
  3. Pour it into serving glasses, then add a few ice cubes to each.
  4. Garnish with slivered almonds, pistachios, and dried rose petals, and serve immediately.
