Description
A delicious stir-fry featuring tender striploin beef and colorful bell peppers.
Ingredients

- 1 pound striploin (sliced in strips)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (divided)
- 2 bell peppers (any colour, sliced)
- 1 onion (sliced)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- ¾ cup stir fry sauce (homemade or bottled)
Instructions
- Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add peppers and onions to oil and cook for 5-6 minutes or until tender. Remove and set aside.
- Add remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil to pan, then add beef and garlic. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Add vegetables back to pan. Pour in sauce and cook for 2-3 minutes or until heated through.
Notes
- For a spicier dish, add some red pepper flakes when cooking the beef.
- This recipe can be served over rice or noodles.
