Description

This easy slow cooker recipe combines chicken, stuffing, and a creamy sauce, perfect for a cozy family meal.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  • to taste seasoning for chicken (optional – use whatever your family likes!)
  • 2 boxes (6 oz each) chicken or turkey-flavored stuffing
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 jar (12 oz) chicken or turkey gravy
  • 1 can (10 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 bag (12-16 ounces) frozen green beans

Instructions

  1. Spray a slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker. Season if desired.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine the stuffing with the chicken broth and gravy. Spread the mixture evenly over the top of the chicken.
  4. In a separate medium bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup with the sour cream. Spread the mixture evenly over the top of the stuffing.
  5. Evenly spread the frozen green beans over the top of the soup mixture.
  6. Cover and cook on HIGH for 4-6 hours (or LOW 7-8 hours) or until the chicken is cooked through.
