A delicious recipe for roasted Brussels sprouts seasoned to perfection.

- 1 1/2 pounds Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced (optional)
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar or glaze (optional)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Trim the ends and remove any outer leaves from the Brussels sprouts. Halve large ones for even cooking. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
- Toss the sprouts with olive oil, sea salt, black pepper, and optional garlic in a large bowl.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread sprouts on the sheet, cut side down, in a single layer.
- Roast for 20–25 minutes, flipping once halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
- Optionally drizzle with balsamic vinegar or sprinkle with Parmesan immediately after roasting.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
