Ingredients

- 1 large English cucumber, thinly sliced

- Juice of 2 limes (about 1/4 cup)

Instructions
- Wash and prepare all ingredients: dice the mangoes and slice the cucumber.
- In a mixing bowl, combine diced mangoes, cucumber, red onion, and cilantro.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together lime juice and chili powder.
- Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and toss gently until evenly coated.
