Ingredients

Instructions
- Grate the cucumber and squeeze out excess moisture.
- In a bowl, combine yogurt and grated cucumber; mix until smooth.
- Stir in chopped mint leaves, salt, and optional chili powder until well combined.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
