Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
- In another bowl, cream butter until fluffy; add eggs one at a time until well combined.
- Gently fold dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Fold in pear slices carefully.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- For the drizzle, whisk powdered sugar with milk and vanilla until smooth; drizzle over cooled cake.
