Delicious and refreshing coconut orange popsicles made with just three simple ingredients!
Ingredients

- 15 ounces canned coconut milk (full fat)
- 1 1/2 cups orange juice (No added sugar)
- 2 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup)
Instructions
- In a high speed blender or food processor, add the coconut milk, orange juice, and honey and blend very well, until smooth.
- Distribute the mixture evenly amongst the 6 popsicle molds and place in the freezer for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
- Once set, remove from the molds and enjoy.
Notes
- For a sweeter popsicle, adjust the honey or maple syrup to taste.
- Using fresh squeezed orange juice can enhance the flavor.
