Description

Delicious ham and Swiss cheese sliders baked to perfection.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 slider buns (like Hawaiian rolls)
  • ½ lbs thinly sliced cooked ham
  • 12 slices Swiss cheese
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 4 Tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 Tablespoon minced onion
  • 1 Tablespoon poppy seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut the slider buns in half. Place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  3. Spread mayonnaise on the buns. Layer Swiss cheese, ham and Swiss cheese on top. Cover with the top halves of the buns.
  4. In a bowl, mix together melted butter, Dijon mustard, minced onion, and poppy seeds.
  5. Brush the glaze generously over the top of the sliders, making sure to cover them evenly.
  6. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes. Then, remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the tops are lightly browned and crispy.
  7. Let the sliders cool for a few minutes before serving.
