Instructions
- Prepare the Pudding:
- In a mixing bowl, combine vanilla pudding mix with cold milk as per package instructions.
- Stir in the pumpkin puree, a teaspoon of cinnamon, and a pinch of nutmeg.
- Mix until smooth and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
- Prepare the Cake Layer:
- Cut the chocolate cake into cubes or pieces for layering.
- Layer the Trifle:
- In a trifle dish or large glass bowl, start by placing a layer of chocolate cake pieces at the bottom.
- Pour a layer of the pumpkin pudding mixture over the cake.
- Add a layer of whipped cream on top of the pudding.
- Repeat with another layer of chocolate cake, followed by pumpkin pudding, and whipped cream.
- Decorate:
