- 1 large egg
- 2 tbsp melted butter (or coconut oil)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, matcha powder, sugar, and baking powder until thoroughly combined.
- In another bowl, beat the milk, egg, and melted butter until smooth.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry mixture, folding gently until just combined—be careful not to over-mix.
- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and pour about half a cup of batter for each pancake.
- Cook until bubbles form on the surface; flip and cook until golden brown on both sides.
- Serve warm topped with maple syrup and fresh berries.

- For a dairy-free option, substitute with your favorite milk alternative.
