Description

A delicious and easy recipe for cheesy garlic breadsticks made with refrigerated pizza dough.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tube refrigerated pizza dough (about 1 lb / 450 g)
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out pizza dough on the baking sheet into a rectangular shape.
  3. Mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, and salt in a small bowl.
  4. Brush garlic butter evenly over the dough.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes until the edges are golden and cheese is bubbly.
  7. Remove from oven and slice into breadsticks while warm.

Notes

  • Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
