- 1 box Orange Jello Mix
- 1 cup Boiling Water
- 1/2 cup Cold Water
- 1 box Instant Vanilla Pudding
- 1 container Cool Whip
- 2 cups Mini Marshmallows
- 1 can Mandarin Oranges
- 1 can Crushed Pineapple
Instructions
- Prepare Jello: Dissolve the orange jello mix in 1 cup of boiling water, stirring well. Next, add 1/2 cup of cold water and set aside to chill until slightly thickened, about 15 minutes.
- Mix Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, whisk in the instant vanilla pudding into the thickened jello mixture until smooth.
- Fold in Add-ins: Gently fold the Cool Whip, followed by mini marshmallows, drained mandarin oranges, and crushed pineapple into the mixture.
- Chill: Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for optimal flavor.
Notes
- Any brand of orange jello mix can be used.
- Butterscotch pudding can be substituted for the instant vanilla pudding.
- Homemade whipped cream can replace Cool Whip.
- Regular marshmallows can be used, cut into smaller pieces.
- If available, fresh mandarin orange segments are a great alternative.
- Make sure to drain the crushed pineapple well before adding.
