- 1 box Orange Jello Mix (Any brand can be used.)
- 1 cup Boiling Water (Activates the jello mix.)
- 1/2 cup Cold Water
- 1 box Instant Vanilla Pudding (Can substitute with butterscotch pudding.)
- 1 container Cool Whip (Substitutes include homemade whipped cream.)
- 2 cups Mini Marshmallows (Can use regular marshmallows, cut into smaller pieces.)
- 1 can Mandarin Oranges (Use fresh segments if available.)
- 1 can Crushed Pineapple (Ensure it’s drained well.)
Instructions
- Dissolve the orange jello mix in 1 cup of boiling water, stirring well. Next, add 1/2 cup of cold water and set aside to chill until slightly thickened, about 15 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk in the instant vanilla pudding into the thickened jello mixture until smooth.
- Gently fold the Cool Whip, followed by mini marshmallows, drained mandarin oranges, and crushed pineapple into the mixture.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for optimal flavor.
Notes
- This dessert can be customized with different flavors of jello and pudding.
- For best results, make the dessert a day ahead.
