Description

Ingredients

  • 1 box Orange Jello Mix (Any brand can be used.)
  • 1 cup Boiling Water (Activates the jello mix.)
  • 1/2 cup Cold Water
  • 1 box Instant Vanilla Pudding (Can substitute with butterscotch pudding.)
  • 1 container Cool Whip (Substitutes include homemade whipped cream.)
  • 2 cups Mini Marshmallows (Can use regular marshmallows, cut into smaller pieces.)
  • 1 can Mandarin Oranges (Use fresh segments if available.)
  • 1 can Crushed Pineapple (Ensure it’s drained well.)

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the orange jello mix in 1 cup of boiling water, stirring well. Next, add 1/2 cup of cold water and set aside to chill until slightly thickened, about 15 minutes.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk in the instant vanilla pudding into the thickened jello mixture until smooth.
  3. Gently fold the Cool Whip, followed by mini marshmallows, drained mandarin oranges, and crushed pineapple into the mixture.
  4. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for optimal flavor.
