Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F for even baking and a golden crust.
- In a large bowl, mix the Kodiak pancake mix, eggs, milk, honey, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gently fold in the mashed banana, blueberries, chocolate chips, chopped nuts, and cinnamon until evenly distributed.
- Scoop the batter into a lined or greased muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 18 minutes or until golden brown, and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
