Description
A creamy and flavorful dip made with spinach, Greek yogurt, and dill, perfect for serving with pita chips or veggies.
Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp fresh dill (or 1 tsp dried dill)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a skillet, sauté the chopped spinach in a drizzle of olive oil over medium heat until wilted (about 3 minutes). Let cool.
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, grated Parmesan cheese, and dill; mix well.
- Chop cooled spinach and fold into the yogurt mixture until evenly coated.
- Season with salt and pepper; add red pepper flakes for extra heat if desired.
- Transfer dip to an airtight container or serving bowl and chill for at least 1 hour before serving with pita chips or veggies.
Notes
- This dip is best served chilled.
- Can substitute fresh dill with dried dill if fresh is not available.
