Description

A creamy and flavorful dip made with spinach, Greek yogurt, and dill, perfect for serving with pita chips or veggies.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill (or 1 tsp dried dill)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, sauté the chopped spinach in a drizzle of olive oil over medium heat until wilted (about 3 minutes). Let cool.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, grated Parmesan cheese, and dill; mix well.
  3. Chop cooled spinach and fold into the yogurt mixture until evenly coated.
  4. Season with salt and pepper; add red pepper flakes for extra heat if desired.
  5. Transfer dip to an airtight container or serving bowl and chill for at least 1 hour before serving with pita chips or veggies.

Notes
