Instructions

- In another bowl, beat the eggs, then mix in the buttermilk and melted butter until smooth.
- Pour wet ingredients into the dry mix and stir gently until just combined. Let sit for 5 minutes.
- Preheat and grease your waffle iron.
- Add about 0 to 0 cup of batter per waffle and cook until golden brown and crisp.
