- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce (optional)
- 1/2 cup sour cream (optional)

Instructions
- Cook the Beef:
Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up into small pieces with a wooden spoon. - Season the Beef:
Drain any excess fat from the skillet. Sprinkle the taco seasoning over the beef and stir well. Pour in 1/2 cup of water and stir again. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes, until most of the liquid has reduced. - Add Cheese:

Warm the taco shells according to the package instructions. Spoon the cheesy beef mixture into each shell. - Assembly:
Top with diced tomatoes, onions, and cilantro. Drizzle cheese sauce or nacho cheese over the top. Optionally, add shredded lettuce and a dollop of sour cream.
