A delicious and creamy bread pudding made with French bread and topped with caramel sauce and pecans.

- 1 loaf French bread, cubed
- 6 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Place the cubed French bread in the baking dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, brown sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon.
- Pour the egg mixture over the bread cubes. Let it soak for 30 minutes.
- Sprinkle chopped pecans on top.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the mixture.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- This recipe can be made a day in advance. Prepare the bread pudding, cover it, and refrigerate overnight. Bake it in the morning for a fresh, warm treat.
