Description

A delicious and creamy bread pudding made with French bread and topped with caramel sauce and pecans.


Ingredients

  • 1 loaf French bread, cubed
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. Place the cubed French bread in the baking dish.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, brown sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the bread cubes. Let it soak for 30 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle chopped pecans on top.
  7. Drizzle caramel sauce over the mixture.
  8. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
