Description

Delicious and cheesy Buffalo Chicken Cheese Bombs are perfect for parties or game days!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo sauce
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 can biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • for garnish fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Prepare the Chicken Mixture: In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Buffalo sauce, cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well until everything is evenly combined.

  3. Prepare the Dough: Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a disc, about 4 inches in diameter.

  4. Assemble the Cheese Bombs: Place a heaping tablespoon of the chicken mixture in the center of each flattened biscuit. Fold the edges of the dough over the filling and pinch to seal, forming a ball.

  5. Bake: Place the cheese bombs seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the tops with melted butter.

  6. Cooking: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.

  7. Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

  • Spice Level Adjustment: Adjust the amount of Buffalo sauce based on your heat preference.
  • Cheese Variations: Experiment with different cheeses like mozzarella or pepper jack for varied flavors.
  • Storage Tip: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven for best results.
  • Serving Suggestion: Pair with a side of ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
