Description
A refreshing and nutritious frozen fruit smoothie that’s easy to make and great for any time of the day.
Ingredients

- 1 cup blueberries (frozen)
- 1 large banana (sliced and frozen)
- ½ cup pineapple chunks (frozen)
- ½ cup mango chunks (frozen)
- ½ cup coconut milk
- ¼ cup plain yogurt
- ½ cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to the jar of a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- If the smoothie is too thick, add more orange juice or coconut milk to thin it out.
- Check for sweetness, and add more honey if needed.
- Pour the smoothie into tall serving glasses and serve immediately.
- You can add a few ice cubes to each glass before serving.
Notes
- For added creaminess, use full-fat coconut milk.
- Feel free to substitute any of the frozen fruits based on your preference.
