Description
Delicious BBQ chicken sliders topped with melted cheese and served on sweet Hawaiian rolls.
Ingredients

- 1 ½ pound chicken, shredded and seasoned with salt and pepper
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- ¼ cup salted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 12 Hawaiian rolls, sliced
- 12 slices provolone cheese
- ½ cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon dried minced onion
- 1 tablespoon parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350° F.
- In a bowl add the chicken and barbecue sauce. Mix until combined. Set aside.
- In a bowl add the butter, parmesan cheese, and garlic powder. Mix until combined. Set aside.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the bottom of the Hawaiian rolls on the baking sheet.
- Layer the rolls with 6 slices of cheese.
- Top the cheese with the chicken.
- Top the chicken with the red onion.
- Top the chicken with 6 more slices of cheese.
- Place the tops of the rolls on top. With a pastry brush cover the tops with the garlic butter.
- Sprinkle the dried minced onion on top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the sliders are heated through and the cheese has melted.
- Sprinkle parsley on top and serve.

- Feel free to adjust the amount of barbecue sauce to taste.
