Description
Deliciously crispy buffalo chicken wings coated in a creamy buffalo and ranch sauce.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 1/2 lbs chicken wing sections
- cooking spray
- 1/4 cup creamy buffalo sauce
- 1/4 cup creamy ranch salad dressing
- 3 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- Start by preheating the oven to 425 degrees F and spray a baking sheet lined with a wire rack with cooking spray.
- Pat dry the chicken wing sections; then place on a baking sheet and spray the tops of the wings with cooking spray.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, turning halfway through so the wings cook through and get a crispy skin.
- When there are 10 minutes left, melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat; then add the buffalo sauce and Ranch dressing; mix well and remove from heat.
- When the wings are cooked through, add them to a bowl along with the buffalo sauce mixture; then toss to coat and place on a serving platter.
Notes
- Ensure wings are patted dry before baking for maximum crispiness.
- You can adjust the buffalo sauce to your desired level of spiciness.
